International Student from Indonesia has been cheated

Hi, I just joined this score-A program for one month. I feel cheated as well (maybe u guys know why), because the way they recruit people is not honest. I paid for the RM2,488 package and when I decided to quit before 2 weeks of my involvement, I did ask for my money back. As you probably know already, they won't refund my money not even a single cent. Our parents usually transfer a lot of money to us that is enough to use for 1 semester here. I'm using that money. I'm just curious because u mentioned that u had a hearing in court because of the refund related thing.

Please help me, a lot of my friends have been cheated as well. They are more aggressive than the last time. We don't know what to do. They are recruiting university students particularly from Indonesia. Not every students know about MLM stuffs, that's why we are easy targets. Please help us. I've argued with them and plan to report to my campus solicitor. However, I did not tell the MLM agent about my plan. But it happened that he asked about my plan to my best friend. It scares me. Now I can't do anything. What I can do is to inform my close friends about this and asking them to spread the word. It works though. But, I think legal interference is more effective.

P.S: I can't tell you which university I'm studying right now. But it's either Monash University or Taylor Campus. This two university are fresh market for them. Please help me to stop this and advice me on how to get my money back.

There are some leaders in the university as well. I have the contact number and the evidence with me. And I have witnesses-my friends that are involved in this but wanted to quit. I can say that there're 5 of us so far.
and we are from the Bonafide Academy. This Academy is just exist for no more than 1 year, 1 month.

This is their office address:

Bonafide Academy
4-28
Jalan USJ Central 3, 46720 Subang Jaya Selangor
(4th floor, opposite of Giant-Behind Summit USJ)

Please help us or maybe you can help us to report our case to the authorities at Ministry of Trade-En. Izan. It growing really fast.

Thank you so much

  1. This is a long post, because I've been meaning to share this story but I have no outlet to vent.
Well, at least when u guys google, u guys could read this.

I dont know shit about MLM too (except for AC Mizal's Mighty Gelang),
and that's why I end up going to one of Score A's meeting few months ago.
So blonde of me. But then, i was lucky enough to have these rempit 'motivators'
to speak that night (they are reason why im afraid to sneak out of the meeting,
cos the self-admitted reformed rempits were swarming out the entrance). They were so
stupid I cant believe me and my friend were the only ones didnt join them taht night.
everything about them baffles me. but im going to point out few that irks me
the most (cos im a girl, and girls noticed these kind of things)
1- constant showing off from their newly found wealth (but the farthest they could go is hadyai, in a rombongan, in a cheap motel)
2- the best of their shoes- which is the crocodile brand (this is a take-your-shoes-off room, naturally i have to give a once-over)
3- the fatty bragging about being able to wear expensive suit (trust me, that's a freaking blazer u moron! grr )
4- overly emotional testimonial of one of the member (3B in UPSR is not a success story, bitch)
5- the fatty (main motivator that night) kept on stressing out that SCore A is not an MLM,
but it's merely a network marketing (come on, dengan melayu kampung boleh lah kau twist ayat)
    6- the constant 'HEBAT!' (superlame)
7- the use of 'tak dapat hidayah' if you're not going to join them that night (hellow, see the hair lah haha).
but seriously, if you're using religion to sell things, you should know not to mention that because that's His prerogative.
8- the mc of the night bragged that he could've become an electrical engineer but instead he chose
this route (he's a fresh grad of politeknik merlimau. baru ada dip dah berlagak. this is a slap to experienced and would-be engineers i know in real life)
9- they keep quoting that two of the biggest policians in malaysia were supporting them (because
one comes to the ground-breaking ceremony, while one commented that having e-school is a good
revolution for edu system). total bs, i just know those two politicians didnt even know the e-tutorial they approved of is actually an overly priced MLM scam.
10- i have registered with an internationally-acclaimed accounting tutorial website for price much,
much lower that one time subscription for Score A. and no, i didnt even use them.
that's how i know if given a laptop with connection to internet, any normal child WOULD NOT USE IT TO STUDY.

  2. 11- the speakers kept on telling offensive and racists jokes (im not big on being PC but it
just shows how stupid and low you are to be talking like that in front of a group of
strangers. and they failed to realise this whole scam actually belonged to a 'cina topekong', Jason Kok.)
12- the way they were approaching us that night was so overwhelming. i refused to talk to anyone,
i just want to get home asap (the talk ended around two am, and i still havent eaten dinner yet)
but they just wouldnt let us budge (we have no means of taxi/transport). when they asked us of our opinion, we just tell them we're not interested.
but no, they wont take that, so i went on the details like some i've mentioned above, among other facts that i know.
the 'leader' that were supposed to recruit me couldnt rebut it, he went stammering for a while.
seeing that we're having a problem, another leader approached us.
i said the very same thing, and got the same result. but they just kept on 'persuading' me just to pay
a measly rm70 for me to really get to know the benefits of the program.
that had me going on a bitchfit for a while(gracefully,of course..).
i thanked the girl that brought me and my friend there (the girl is my friend's friend)
for giving the impression that we're going for a night-out but instead we're stuck in a lame-ass rempit meeting with nothing to eat since our light brunch.
that girl and i went on to have quite a heated 'talk' right in front of the leaders(i noticed
one of them frowned angrily at me), but when we switched our 'talk' in english, the leaders left us alone (another sign of their rempitness, you could scare them away just by using english).
after that, on one last attempt to 'brainwash' me and my friend, another blazer-clad motivator
came to us asking 'dengar cerita sini ada masalah dengan kami,ya?'.
im too tired to be scared this time so i just told them not to tell such an easy fib if they expect us to join them.
this guy seemed to get the message,he just asked me not to 'buruk-burukkan kami' even if i dont believe in them. as if.

even if they changed the speaker to someone else
with a PR expertise, the product itself is
really overrated. I know they would not actually
be effective, so having them priced at such
price is not helping at all. I would not spend
any money at all to join them, because you would
notice that they are not selling the product, but rather they are more keen of the leaders to
recruit more underlings. It's really sad that we're the only ones not to join them in a group of 60+/-. And all the kopiah-ed pakciks, they
even fell for the trap despite being the one
to supposedly have enough religous knowledge
to refute the speakers. Really,i wept for you guys.

  7. Sorry to pop your bubble but its networking... if you dont do anything about your structure then you cant blame the way this business works. If you dont understand this business then its most certainly going to be pointless. I believe in networking but not this company. The minimum investment is just too much to ask from family & friends.

  8. "scorewut" you dont make sense. I landed here to learn more about network marketing and what a trash I learned!? Go read more books even Robert Kiyosaki recommends network marketing.

If this company is as bad as it is, then the remaining over 400 company doing network marketing for their product are just the same - no good companies in malaysia.

Even AMWAY is still labeled a scam & not to mention COSWAY even give shops to do network marketing for their product, and best of all they have been here for more than 30 years.

And for the record, I definitely will not ask a woman being emotionally disturbed a cutting knife to slice my apple. Period~

    1. you know you're a moron when you tried 'to learn network marketing' on a site titled 'score a scam'. 'learn', pfftt. barua score a, arent u?

see the site title? had it dawned on you what this site is all about? anywhere here in this website says this is an educational site in promoting the networking system? people come here to tell their side of the stories about being kencing-ed by the baruas. i admitted earlier in the comment i know nothing bout the system, but logic tells me they're fibbing here, there, everywhere in their story. i dont hate mlm, i've bought stuffs from avon, amway, cosway, tupperware, you just name it. but i bought them as a mere end user, never as a member. if the product is good and i could see myself buying it, i might have had joined it if i were desperate for money. thing is, score a was never in line for that particular requirement. and then u guys decided to pile on some shitty, over-the-top, religion-manipulating braggings to the marketing. sudah lah woi, nak jual, jual ajelah. dah tau program mahal tahap mengarut, tak laku kena jual conventional way, you guys decided to perah every single people that were conned to go to your meetings.

'emotionally disturbed'? u have yet to see one couple from johor whom were amongst the talkers that night. the lady wailed and bawled her eyes that night, recalling how their stupidass son was yelling and crying to her, asking why his parents failed him in providing him with good education (he was only having a upsr, yet he *knows* how upsr would 'change' his life forever in finding jobs and suitable mates. how kiasu of this young malay boy. and somehow when he went to high school, he decided to go to tahfiz all the way to spm to further his study. now, see, how un-kiasu he had become in just one year. if u cant spot the lie now, for the love of humanity, please dont breed). that lady wailed so loud, her husband had to comfort her. to be able to give this talk over and over, and yet still not being able to stay professional, you just know how 'emotionally disturbed' this comrade of yours is. she's officially one of the bigger leader in your little yaya sisterhood, so what does that say for the whole team? now, take your last advice and shove it up your rectum.

    2. Amway and cosway sell stuff, not service. My mom had been an agent of Avon and cosway for years and never for once they ask her money for nothing. Their products are usable while Score A is useless.

  9. so, how to get back dat money once we want to quit?
    ppl plss help me..:(

  10. Dude Amway & Cosway have good & legit products man. Skor A so called education system is shit to begin with. I doubt anyone really uses it, the main reason it exist is to mask the pyramid Ponzi scheme that Skor A really is.

Phobia, you can probably lodge a report under consumer tribunal stating their promises misleading and so on. But then chances are very slim. Dont expect crooks to be honest.

    1. Really do you know what a Ponzi scheme is? and do you know what Binary and 3x9 Matrix is? Score A is A Hybrid Binary and 3x9 matrix.. Ponzi on the other hand only return what other invest and not company profits.. I have studied this long and hard and no matter how I try to look at it it's not a ponzi scheme..

  11. Dr Mahathir had visited the KENSHIDO SDN BHD. He said, "Perniagaan ini akan terus kekal selagi pendidikan Malaysia terus berkekalan". He is a politician. And he knew already that Score A is MLM. So, what do you want to say?

You must know that, when someone already get the big money on their hand, surely their emotions also big. That's why they have BIG SPEAK. That is normal matter. Not only Score A, but also others MLM. Dont blame Score A product. WE HAVE THE PRODUCT. THE CARD TOP UP.

    www.scorea.com

You will get more money if you start working. But, if you dont want to do that, better you quit of.

Pleaze, dont blame Score A because of SOME our people that TOO EMOTIONAL to persuade/force join this business. We still hold a principe, if you do not want to join Scorea Business, it is still okay. But, it's normal. The human are not perfect. Sorry, if you found these not perfect people.

    1. the main problem is the MLM... the system.. its not about the product.. they even didn't sell those product and more focusing on underling and the money... the conclusion is its all about money and not about the bullshit product..

    2. I ask you this one question.. When you so called "recruit" people is there a transfer of products?? If there is it is legal.. if there isn't it is illegal.. simple fact..

  13. woah woah woah? no refund? who's your client? i will find him i am working in it as well and sry to hear what happened but i can assure you that we had never set any rule as "no refund". Your client could be either a starter or half worker(paying deposit) and introduce you in a dishonest way. And seriously? Hire a Lawyer? PLease~ I myself is a high school 3rd year and started doing score-A's programme since my first year. And i am working there too, now i am earning 2k/pm so please respect us too, don't regret about joining and trying to sue us( just thinking) because you're the one who chose to join and pay that much just rmb one thing in life, NO ONE EARN BIG $$ during the start. if you wanna sue, the company did nothing wrong, its your client.

  14. Ppl who don't even know what is MLM stop bullshit around. Bonafide Academy is a strong team. Ppl who joined scoreA , they didn't earn money so theta started sayinomega company cheated your money. Hello! Nobody force you to join the business . The money is in your hands . To join or not to is all up to you. Even if we force you, you don't want to join also can't force you to pay right! I doesn't make sence !
If you are not greedy , you won't not join ! So, pls ask yourself before judge .

  15. ALL BULLSHIT! ONLY FIND 2?! and without realising, you will need to find 2 ppl to sign up for the rest of your life. i was a very active score a member and how much i made a month? honestly rubbish! today i owned my own business and im making way better money. just to let you guys know, if you feel you are one of top 50 members, you might make money. Otherwise, just forget about your 796 or 2488 or 6888. consider it burnt! move on with your life and take it as a lesson not to make anymore stupid mistakes. and for those who havent join, you are most welcome to join and have your money burnt too. If you too wanna learn it the hard way. Bonafide is the most active team now, they are targeting uni and college students as they are still young and innocent and will be the perfect prey. Bonafide will normally have their stupid talks and motivation talks which actually makes no sense and to motivate you work really hard to make their own income better. Bonafide is own by a group of kids the eldest is 25yrs old. a man so called earning 200k a month but only drinving a mazda rx8 which doesnt make sense because as a young boy with that kind of income, he would have dreamt of a ferrari or a lambo. house? he only own a stupid condo at subang. come on! and vinoth earning 30k a month? driving a persona and he too is the same age. just for you guys to know, the best friend of the owner of bonafied (Murali) is Krisna and the best friend of murali cant even make 5 figure, what makes you think u can do it? think before you make any wrong moves. i made mine and learnt from it the hard way.

  16. 28/3/2013 skor a entered indonesian market which was launched by Prof IR Zainal Hasibuan. Who is that guy?well, indonesian must know him right? Skor a has renamed as skor 10 in indonesia (according to indonesia grading system). Well,i used to f*** MLM coz they love to cheat others but not when i met skor a (there are a lot of things that made me change my view). I'm sorry for everythings that you've been through coz i also experienced that before (many times). But for me,skor a is the best platform to change my life coz i always have big dreams but it cannot be fulfilled if i didnt do anything.

  17. Hi i also heard about this too couple weeks ago, as one of my friend find me and ask me about this product and company, we didn't turn out the so call "meeting" because our parents stop us joining and said most of the MLM are cheating people. I am not really familiar about these but i heard Score A before is quite a long time product already, but just wanted to ask why is the Score A or Kendshido is a scam? u mean they cheat our money and shut the company down is it? so is the company Real or just a fake company with company license only?
